1. Acceptance of Terms & B2B Eligibility

By accessing this platform and completing a transaction, you enter into a binding business-to-business (B2B) agreement with Wholesale Vape UK. While we provide a guest checkout with no account registration required, your use of the site and submission of an order constitutes full acceptance of these trade conditions.

2. Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Wholesale Vape UK is a high-volume distribution platform. Our business model is predicated on the following conditions:

• MOQ: A strict Minimum Order Quantity of £400 applies to all transactions.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed at trade value and are subject to market fluctuations.
• Currency: All transactions are settled in GBP (£).

3. Product Compliance & Legal Responsibility

A. Nicotine Products (TPD/TRPR)

We guarantee that all nicotine products are 100% authentic and comply with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR). This includes a maximum 2ml tank capacity and a 20mg nicotine limit. All stock is MHRA-notified.

B. Cannabinoids (THC/THCA)

Our cannabinoid products are derived from industrial hemp and comply with the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that these products comply with the specific local enforcement protocols in their region, particularly within the Republic of Ireland.

4. Shipping, Risk & Logistics

We distribute throughout Great Britain, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.

• Verification: Delivery couriers will require 18+ photo ID and a signature upon arrival.
• Lead Times: Delivery estimates provided at checkout are not absolute guarantees but reflect our current logistical performance.
• International: For orders to Ireland, the buyer acts as the importer of record and is responsible for any regional compliance or duty obligations.

5. Secure Trade Payments

Wholesale Vape UK utilizes secure, encrypted payment pathways including Crypto, Revolut, and Direct Bank Transfer. Payment must be cleared in full before stock is released for dispatch from our distribution hub. Any fraudulent payment attempts will result in a permanent ban from our network.

6. B2B Returns & Discrepancies

As a wholesale distributor, we do not offer "change of mind" returns. Claims for damaged stock or order discrepancies must be submitted to the trade desk within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesale Vape UK shall not be liable for any indirect loss of profits, loss of business, or regulatory enforcement actions taken against the buyer following the resale of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these trade conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
